Originally from the city of Saronno, they are produced by the confectionery company D. Lazzaroni & C. , which owns the registered trademark “Amaretto di Saronno”. The Amaretti di Saronno Lazzaroni are decorated with granulated sugar, paired in pairs and wrapped in the famous bow-shaped tissue paper.
