Beat the Summer heat by trying our simple Frappuccino recipe!

Want to enjoy your regular coffee drink but it is far too hot to drink hot beverages? Then we bring you this simple to do Frappuccino recipe for your hot days of Summer!

Frappuccino makes a delicious drink and with just four ingredients you can easily make it at home anytime you fancy a refreshing coffee drink.

 

Equipment needed

  • A blender
 

The Ingredients

  • Crushed Ice or Ice cubes - Crushed ice is easier to crush in the blender but both reaches the same result at the end.
  • Espresso or Strong Coffee – We recommend you using our Sublime Rosso Blend it's the strongest in our range.
  • Milk – Any milk or milk alternative such as soy, almond, oat milk, etc.
  • Sweetener – Use either granulated sugar or alternatives such as honey to give the Frappuccino a sweeter taste. If you don't like it sweet, leave out this ingredient.
  • Optional Toppings – Whipped cream, crushed nuts/hazelnuts, caramel or chocolate syrup will make your home-made Frappuccino like the one you get at your favourite coffee shop!

    Prep Time 2 mins Servings: 2 persons

     

    Instructions

    • In a blender mix together the ice, 1 cup of espresso, the milk, and the sugar.
    • Switch on high power and leave on until the mixture is well-blended.
    • Pour the content into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate or caramel syrup, crushed nuts etc. if desired.
    • Serve immediately whilst still frozen cold.

      TIP: To obtain a slushy consistency, balance the amount of ice the same as the milk and the coffee before blending.
