Do you have a passion for coffee too? Do you have experience in sales of coffee to the HO.RE.CA sector? If yes, then we would like to hear from you!

We are looking to grow our team of professionals further, therefore we are currently looking for a Coffee Sales Specialist with experience in handling the sales and distribution of coffee products to the HO.RE.CA segment.


  • Seeking out and acquiring new clients and establishing successful commercial relationships within the HO.RE.CA. segment.

  • Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with customers and suppliers.

  • Keeping a track record of sales taken and providing the relevant advice and service to the customers.

  • Liaison with the technicians to ensure that the coffee machine services and repairs are completed as necessary and without delays.

  • Together with Management, negotiating contracts on price, delivery and specifications.

  • Participating and contributing to the Brand’s commercial strategies to grow the business and to increase the client base as per the set KPI’s.

  • Representing the company and/or brands at fairs and events.

  • Managing and reporting any risks associated with contracts of service or equipment.

  • Promote the company products at all times and strive to exceed the set sales targets for HO.RE.CA.

  • Assisting and coordinating the order transitions with the office and delivery teams.

  • Build sound product knowledge enabling you to answer questions and queries confidently, to assist suppliers, colleagues and customers you interact with.

  • Seek opportunities and share any ideas or feedback for improvement to the Management.

  • Be organised and meticulous and portray a smart and clean image at all times.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experiences in HO.RE.CA direct sales.

  • Proven experience in the acquisition of new HO.RE.CA customers.

  • Understanding of the local coffee market supply chain.

  • Knowledge of contract terms and of import  /export and logistics processes.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a sales team.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Fluent in Maltese, English and preferably also Italian.

  • Positive minded and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.


A good remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on experience.



Caffè Buongiorno Malta, a market leader in the distribution of high quality coffee machines and coffee for the HO.RE.CA, office/corporate and domestic sectors is looking for a trainee technician for their coffee machines to join their team. 

The role will be to service, install and repair Commercial Coffee machines and Coffee Equipment for all our market segment. To succeed in this role you must be highly organised, energetic, approachable and have a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate must have some related experience in a similar role or a student which has recently obtained the required qualifications of a technician and is looking to gain experience in the industry with the possibility to progress and further grow their career within the industry.

Training both locally and abroad on our commercial coffee machines will be provided for the chosen candidate.
