Caffè Buongiorno is provider of quality Italian Coffee.

Important Notice:  
No Deliveries will be effected during the shut down period 7th August to 22nd August 2021 (both dates inclusive.)  Any orders completed through the website will be delivered upon our return to the office.


Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process and in any case made known to the customer through specific indications on the Site before making the payment.

Free shipping is available for orders from 15 EUR to Malta and 20 EUR to Gozo.

Exchanges and Returns

You can decide to make an exchange or a return by contacting us by e-mail at this address and indicating the number of your order and the reasons why you intend to change / return it. You can change the item (either by default or by wish to return), bearing in mind that all changes are subject to stock availability. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are charged to the customer. Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, you have time within 14 days of delivery of the goods. From the communication of the return or withdrawal request, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

In the same period of time, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase unless the package is intact, in good condition and the products inside have not been opened.

Right of withdrawal

Caffè Buongiorno wants to guarantee its customers maximum satisfaction during the shopping experience.

Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal even in the absence of a valid reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods by communicating the intention to return the product by telephone or email correspondence. From the communication, the Consumer has another 14 days to return the goods at his own expense. Over the same period of time, the Merchant undertakes to refund the amount paid for the purchase.

The right of withdrawal lapses if the product is not intact:

  • Lack of original packaging;

  • Absence of integral elements of the product;

  • Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.

  • Furthermore, pursuant to art. 59 of the same Code will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal the Consumer who:

  • Has a VAT number;

  • Has explicitly requested product customization;

Finally, the right of withdrawal can be exercised only and exclusively by the consumer who has personally purchased one or more products and never through a third party.
