Each Ricciarello Sapori 1832 contains all the experience of our pastry chefs: in fact we only use whole almonds, in a mix of sweet and bitter to enhance the taste, and still today we grind them slowly to stone to make the dough soft and delicate, ready for be covered with a sweet veil of sugar.
